高压贴片电容分三类:
一类为温度补偿型NPO介质
NP0又名COG电气性能较稳定,基本上不随温度、电压、时间的改变,属**稳定型、低损耗电容材料类型,适用在对
稳定性、**性要求较高的高频、特高频、甚高频电路中。
二类为高介电常数型X7R介质
X7R是一种强电介质,因而能制造出容量比NPO介质更大的电容器。这种电容器性能较稳定,随温度、电压时间
的改变,其特有的性能变化并不显着,属稳定电容材料类型,使用在隔直、耦合、傍路、滤波电路及**性要求较
高的中高频电路中。
三类为半导体型X5R介质
X5R具有较高的介电常数,常用于生产比容较大、标称容量较高的大容量电容器产品。但其容量稳定性较X7R,
容量、损耗对温度、电压等测试条件较敏感,主要用在电子整机中的振荡、耦合、滤波及傍路电路中。
优点:封装体积小,质量稳定,绝缘性能高,耐高压缺点:容量较小,目前较大100UF,易于被脉冲电压击穿。
